THE FLAGMAN FEEDER MASTERS POLAND 2020 COMPETITION PROCEDURE
1. Purpose and tasks
1.1. Popularization of sport feeder fishing.
1.2. Increasing of the athletic skills of Ukrainian athletes, improving the skills in modern fishing
techniques.
1.3. Definition of winners and prizewinners in personal and team competitions.
2. Place and time of competitions
2.1. Competitions shall be held from September 17 to September 20, 2020 on the river Odra, city
Opole, Poland.
2.2. Depth at the available for fishing distances – up to 5 meters.
2.3. The most common fish: Bream, Skimmer Bream, Roach, Perch.
3. Status and nature of the competitions
3.1. FFM is international, non-profitable and held under the auspices of the public organization
“Professional Feeder League”, in accordance with these Regulations, Rules of Competitions,
Regulations on weighing procedure and winner’s definition of the FLAGMAN FEEDER
MASTERS competition.
3.2. Personal and team competitions. Team consists of 2 athletes.
3.3. Registration fee – 150 Euros per team. All collected funds are spent on technical and referee
support, sports awards.
4. Participants
4.1. Athletes participating in those teams submitted an application on participation according to
the prescribed form and participation of which is confirmed by the Organizer, are allowed to take
part in the competitions.
4.2 Participants shall be obliged:
– follow the Rules of Competitions and these Regulations;
– be equipped for participation in the competitions in accordance with the requirements of the
Organizer;
– follow the instructions and directions of the referees.
4.3 Participants of the competitions shall be fully responsible for the consequences of violation
the Rules of Competitions and the present Regulations.
5. Organizers. Refereeing
5.1. Competitions are held under the auspices of the Public Organization “Professional Feeder
League” and general sponsorship of the Flagman TM.
5.2. The direct holding and refereeing should be carried out by the Referee Panel in accordance
with the Rules of Competition, these Regulations, Regulations on the procedure for weighing
and winners definition of the FLAGMAN FEEDER MASTERS competition.
5.3. The referees should monitor actions of the participants, keep protocols of competitions,
carry out weighing and rewarding.
5.4. Chief Referee shall monitor the work of referees. Chief Referee of the competition and the
number of members of the Judicial Panel shall be determined by the Organizer.
6. Rules of the competitions
6.1. Random training till 16:00 (September 17, Thursday);
6.2. Random training till 16:00 (September 18, Friday);
6.3. First round of the competitions (September 19, Saturday);
06:00 – 07:00 – solemn opening of the competitions, drawing;

07:00 – 7:30 – equipment transfer to sectors;
07:30 – entering the competitions zone, equipment preparation;
09:30 – preparatory feeding;
09:40 – start of the first round;
14:40 – finish of the first round;
14:40 – 17:00 – weighing, summing up the results of the first round of competitions.
6.4. Second round of the competitions (September 20, Sunday);
06:00 – 07:00 – drawing;
07: 00 – 7:30 – equipment transfer to sectors;
07:30 – entering the competitions zone, equipment preparation;
09:30 – preparatory feeding;
09:40 – start of the second round;
14:40 – finish of the second round;
14:40 – 16:00 – weighing, summing up the competitions, winners rewarding.
7. Sponsors
7.1. The general sponsor is Flagman TM.
8. Awarding fund
8.1. The total awarding fund of the FLAGMAN FEEDER MASTERS competitions amounts to
10 000 (ten thousand Euros), including gifts from the General Sponsor.
9. Final provisions
9.1. Publication of these Regulations should initiate registration for participation in the
competitions on the official page of the general sponsor at the link:
http://feedermasters.com.ua/registratsiya/.
9.2. First 40 teams submitted the established application form are allowed to registration. The
advantage of registering for teams that have received an official invitation from the Organizer.
9.3 The team’s first submitted the established application form, teams complying with the
Organizer’s requirements related to participation and teams paid entrance fee are allowed to
participation.
9.4. The organizer reserves the right to admit ten teams to participation without registration.
9.5 The Organizer reserves the right to change the Rules of competition, the size of the awarding
fund, the conditions of team’s participation in competitions.
10. Penalties
10.1. Sanctions provided for by the Rules may be applied to athletes violating the Rules of
Competitions, according to the decision of the Referee Panel.
10.2 Withdrawal of an athlete from the competitions shall entail team withdrawal from the
competitions. In this case, registration fees shall not be returned.
10.3 Each member/team shall have the right to file a protest with the Referee Panel. Decision on
the protest and its satisfaction shall be taken through open voting of the members of Referee
Panel.
